Once your website and online store are live, the real work becomes understanding what is actually happening. Knowing how to interpret traffic, product behavior, and customer actions allows you to make decisions based on evidence instead of opinions, agencies, or third-party tools. Operating your own site with clarity reduces unnecessary spending, prevents bad data from driving bad decisions, and gives you long-term control over how your business grows online.
Website & Online Store Insights
Website & Online Store Insights is a live, instructor-led program focused on helping you understand how your website and online store perform after launch. Over eight weeks, you will learn how to read real data, evaluate what is working (and what is not), and make informed decisions about products, content, and changes without relying on guesswork or outside agencies.
This course builds on the foundation established in Course 1. It is designed for business owners who already have a live website or product catalog and want clarity, confidence, and control over ongoing decisions.
Important: Fees You Should Expect (Separate From Course Enrollment)
In addition to the course enrollment fee, you may choose to use analytics, reporting, or optimization tools to support your work. Basic analytics tools are often free, but some students opt for paid services to save time or gain deeper insight.
Depending on your goals, optional fees may range from $0 up to $2,500 for tools such as:
- Analytics and reporting platforms
- Search performance and SEO tools
- Heatmaps or behavior tracking tools
- AI tools for analysis, summarization, or planning
These tools are optional. Throughout the course, we discuss which tools are useful, which are unnecessary, and how to avoid spending money on software that does not meaningfully improve decision-making.

What to know
Why We Accept Only Peer-to-Peer Payments
To keep our service fast, safe, and affordable, we only accept peer-to-peer payments instead of credit cards. High rates of credit card fraud, attempts from underage users, and the steep transfer fees charged by credit brokers all slow things down and drive up costs. Banks often require us to hold orders for 7–14 days when credit cards are involved, but peer-to-peer payments let us skip those holds—so your order can ship right away. This means you can enjoy same-day and next-day service without unnecessary delays or extra fees.
