No, we are not zoned or licensed for customer pickups. We operate strictly as an online store, offering shipping and same-day delivery throughout the Atlanta area.
6What happens if my package is lost?
If your mailed-order is valued over $100, it is automatically insured, and we’ll do our best to help recover your loss through a claim or reshipment when possible. However, by shopping with us, you acknowledge that all sales are final, and we are not obligated to issue refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please also be aware that shipping sensitive products like fresh press and melt comes with natural risks—fresh press may nucleate, melt may grease up, and packages may be delayed, lost, or stolen. We’ll support you as best we can within the limits of our policies and insurance coverage.
7Why can I only pay Peer to Peer?
Traditional payment processors charge up to 15% in fees once you include banks, merchant platforms, and taxes. On top of that, payments can be reversed as fraud, even when no fraud occurred—leaving us to cover the loss directly from our own accounts.
To protect ourselves from chargebacks and avoid the 7-day holds many processors place on high-risk industries, we use peer-to-peer (P2P) payment methods. This allows us to verify payment instantly and ship your order without delay, while keeping costs fair and service fast.
